Spring Check
- Chemical clean of condenser coil
- Clean dirt and debris from inside cabinet
- Inspect fan motor and blade for wear and damage
- Inspect control box and wiring connections
- Inspect compressor and copper tubing for damage
- Check voltage and amperage on compressor and condenser fan motor
- Check refrigerant levels
- Check and adjust superheat and subcooling
- Check and clean drain lines
Fall Check
- Inspect blower motor and blower cap
- Check heat strips for correct ohms, amperage and voltage
- Check all electrical connections
- Check evaporator coil for dirt and clean sludge from pan
- Clean drain lines
- Check attic pan and drain
- Check heat temp rise
- Check cfm and airflow
- Clean flame sensors and clean vacuum port
- Check inducer fan motor amperage
- Check igniter
